1. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
    

2. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
   I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
    

3. Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.
    

4. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
    

5. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
    

Payment​
​

1. Payment is via PayPal and Venmo only. An invoice/request will be sent by me. A deposit of 50% must be paid before I start working. The remaining balance must be paid in full Once the commission is completed.
    

2. If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but before the sketch has been approved, I will give a full refund. Payments are non-refundable as soon as the sketch has been approved.
    

3. If for any reason I feel I am unable to complete the commission I will issue a full refund.

 

Process​
 

1. Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. 
    

2. Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
    

3. Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
    

4. Timelines vary for commission type, but on average one illustration commission take 2-3 weeks to complete. While commissioning me, I thank you for your patience.
    

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and agree to the terms listed above and on the invoice.​
